Visit https://www.thefluxproject.com/contact-improv-dance-classes-in-bangalore/ Contact improvisation aka contact improv dance doesn't have any rehearsed moves in it. The dancers rather improvise them on the spur of the moment. They do so through exploring their partners' weight sharing support. Both partners provide this support to as they touch each other and move around in an aware manner.
Steve Paxton was an American dancer and choreographer. He had also trained in the martial art named aikido. It was he who first invented this new dance form in 1972. He had an excellent company comprising many other dancers named Nancy Stark Smith, Lisa Nelson, Andrew Harwood, Nita Little, Karen Nelson, Ray Chung, and Danny Lepkoff. They took up contact improvisation research quite seriously. They studied all kinds of contact improv moves. And then they ultimately turned them into much sought after contact improv games.
