this is our another video in which i have shared some basic diet plans. in summers our skin becomes dull and pale because of pollution so we can take care of our skin by eating healthy food please watch this video till the end and get idea what all can you have for healthy skin from morning to night follow this diet plan and share this idea with your families and friends
SKIN CARE DIET PLANS ;
*drink lime water in the morning empty stomach it helps in liver problems
Also controls weight gain
*drink green tea and eat 4 almonds regularly (soaked overnight). Reduces risk of heart diseases
*have proper breakfast after sometime which is rich in fibers
* have fruits in between 10-11 am or yogurt
* lunch in afternoon you can have chicken fish or rice which contains high level of protein
*drink green tea around 3:00 – 4:00 pm in the evening with snacks
*dinner always have your dinner before 2 hours of sleeping
You can have normal vegetables try to eat boiled vegetables and green leafy vegetables
*drink low fat milk or add pinch of turmeric in it before sleeping
Otherwise you can drink a glass of water before sleeping which reduces the risk of heart attack
IF YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM SKIN PROBLEMS AVOID JUNK FOOD AND DRINK LOT OF WATER AND KEEP YOUR SKIN HYDRATED
