A car drowned in Madhya Pradesh after water level increased due to a sudden release of water from the Sultan Garh waterfalls. 45 people were also stranded in rising waters. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman took to their Twitter handles and assured Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to provide all the necessary assistance for the rescue operations.
