Heavy monsoon rainfall in Himachal Pradesh have lashed several parts of the state, including Kangra and Mandi districts. Night-long rains triggered massive landslides and flash-floods, damaging major roads and bridges in Mandi, prompting the district authorities to order a closure of schools in the district. Four people have been reportedly killed in Mandi, which is the worst hit.
