Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC) in New Delhi Thursday. The facilities provided at the centre will be on a par with the best in the world in size and quality, offering a setting for international and national events, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows, a Commerce Ministry statement said. PM Modi rides in a metro from Dhaula Kuan to Dwarka, enroute to the IICC foundation stone laying event.
