A day after indicating another surgical strike on Pakistan, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh Saturday said India would not be the first to open fire at a neighbouring country, but if the opponent opens fire, BSF jawans won’t count bullets to fire back. Early on Friday, the home minister, while speaking at an event in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar stressed on the awful attack by Pakistani Rangers on BSF jawan Narendra Singh, who found dead and mutilated near the border in Jammu and Kashmir last week.
