Home made cream caramel. Made with additional condensed milk cooked by double boiling method in a pressure cooker.
Cream caramel with condensed milk

Ingredients:
1. Milk 500ml / ½ litre
2. Condensed Milk : 200 gms
3. Egg : 03nos
4. Sugar : 03 tbsp
For Caramel
1. Sugar : 02 tbsp
2. Water: 01 tbsp
Instructions :
1.Add 250ml Milk,eggs,sugar, condensed milk and blend together.
2.Add the blended mixture to the remaining 250ml milk and whisk till mixed well.
3.Pour the mixture into the mold with caramelized sugar and cover it with silver foil.
4.Cook it in a pressure cooker on high flame with double cooking method (shown in the video) till three cooker whistles (approximately for 15mins)
5.turn off the flame and let the pressure cooker cool down for 15 mins . Open lid and let the cream caramel cool down and refrigerate
6.DE mold and serve it.
Instructions for Caramel
1. Add sugar and water and caramelize it on medium flame till it get
caramelized dark brown in color.
2. Spread the caramelized sugar onto the mound let it cool for a while.
