20 migrant labourers were killed and dozens were injured after the truck they were travelling in collided with another vehicle in Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh early on Saturday, reports said. The trailer truck, carrying around 50 migrant labourers, was coming from Rajasthan when it collided with a van coming from Delhi in Auraiya district’s Mihauli area. This is not the first accident in lockdown period, 99 migrant laborers killed in 10 days by different accidents.

उत्तर प्रदेश के औरैया जिले में प्रवासी मजदूरों से भरी डीसीएम में शनिवार सुबह ट्रक ने टक्कर मार दी. इस हादसे में अब तक 24 मजदूरों की मौत हो गई. इस घटना में 35 लोग घायल हैं. घायलों का इलाज जिला अस्पताल और सैफ़ई पीजीआई में चल रहा है. ऐसा नहीं की लॉकडाउन के दौरान सड़कों पर चल रहे मजदूरों के साथ ऐसा पहला हादसा हुआ है. बल्कि पिछले 10 दिनों के अंदर हुए अलग-अलग हादसों में अब तक 99 मजदूरों की मौत हो चुकी है और 93 मजदूर जख्मी हुए हैं.
