The Balik Vadhu actress was found hanging from the ceiling fan at her home on Friday. She was immediately taken to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai, where she was pronounced dead by the doctors. Reports suggest that Pratyusha had some issues in her relationship with boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh and this can be the reason for taking such extreme step.
