Delhiites continued to reel under tormenting heat today with the maximum temperature in some parts of the national capital crossing the 46 degrees mark. The Safdarjung observatory, the reading of which is considered as the official figure for the city, registered a maximum temperature of 43.7 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s average.
