Tabrez, a Mumbai citizen had left India to visit Egypt and Libya and join the dreaded terrorist group ISIS. A complaint has been lodged in this connection at Kalachowki unit, Mumbai of the ATS by his brother, Mumbai ATS chief Atul Kulkarni informed on Friday .
