대우건설, 5조 원 규모 LNG 플랜트 공사 수주
South Korea's Daewoo Engineering and Construction, together with its joint venture partners, has clinched a 4-point-2 billion U.S. dollar deal to build a liquefied gas plant in Nigeria.
Daewoo E&C said its consortium with Italy's Saipem SPA and Japan's Chiyoda Corporation will construct the so-called 'Train 7' project for Nigeria LNG.
The plant will be able to produce 8-million tons of LNG and should be completed five-and-a-half years after breaking ground.
Daewoo says it has a roughly 40 percent stake in the consortium.
