Ingredients
Bread - 4 Slices
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Carrot - 1 (Grated)
Capsicum- 1 (Finely Chopped)
Cabbage - 100 Gram (Chopped)
Chili Flakes - To taste (1/4 TBSP)
Salt - To Taste
Oil/Butter
Method
Making Stuffing.
Yogurt or thick curd soak all the excess water and take it in a bowl.
Add all the finely chopped vegetables.
Season with red chili flakes and salt as required.
You can also add chopped green chilies, instead of red chili flakes.
Mix very well.
Making Curd Sandwich
Take the bread slices and cut the edges spread stuffing nicely and cover it with another bread slice press it nicely and cut it into 2 pieces.
For grill Dahi sandwich take bread slices don’t cut the edges spread the stuffing nicely and cover it with another slice of bread press it gently.
Take a pan on medium flame add some butter/oil.
Place the sandwiches on the pan.
Grill till crisp and golden both the sides.
Remove and serve curd sandwich hot or warm plain or with any dip or sauce of your choice.
