Capsicum Rice - Bell Pepper Rice is a simple and tasty tawa capsicum pulao recipe. Capsicum Pulao includes Onion and can be made by adding other vegetables also. This tawa pulao is quick and easy to make at home, especially when there is no other cooking option.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Split Chickpeas
- 3/4 tbsp Urad Dal
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3 Dry Red Chilli
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Sprig Curry Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Spice Mix
- 1/4 cup Coconut (grated)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Onion (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Rice (leftover)
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Water
