Shanghai Disneyland Tickets
Sell out for Upcoming Reopening Shanghai Disneyland has been
shuttered since Jan. 25 due to the
coronavirus pandemic. Ticketing platform Fliggy
reported that its allotment of tickets
sold out in just three minutes. The park is scheduled
to reopen on Monday. While the park received 80,000 guests a day
before the pandemic, it's now limited
to 30 percent of that at 24,000 visitors. According to Disney CEO Bob Chapek,
the park will run significantly below the
30 percent cap for several weeks. Several precautions have been instituted,
including mandatory masks for guests and
the contract tracing system widely used in China. Annual pass holders must make reservations
before coming to the park, and tickets for
other guests must be purchased in advance.
