President Rodrigo Duterte addresses the nation and calls on the local chief executives to allow the entry of repatriated overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in their respective communities and to ensure the safety and good health of the senior citizens, especially those who are still working, so as not to restrict them from leaving their homes under the ‘general community quarantine’ (GCQ).
