The country's banks have warmed up to write off loans worth more than Rs 68,000 crore to 50 big capitalists, including Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi, Vijay Mallya. Former Congress president and MP Rahul Gandhi attacked the Modi government for this and only finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman herself came to the rescue of the government. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has accused the Congress of misleading the people of the country.

देश के बैंकों ने नीरव मोदी, मेहुल चोकसी, विजय माल्या समेत 50 बड़े पूंजीपतियों के 68,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का कर्ज बट्टे खाते में डालने को लेकर सियासत गर्मा गई. कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष और सांसद राहुल गांधी ने इसको लेकर मोदी सरकार पर हमला बोला तो खुद वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ही सरकार के बचाव में उतर आईं। वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कांग्रेस पर देश की जनता को गुमराह करने का आरोप लगाया है.
