Jewelry stores across the country have been forced to temporarily close their doors amid the coronavirus pandemic.
As stores like Kay Jewelers, Zales, and Jared closed, many customers were left in the dark.
Many customers that had brought their jewelry in for repair have not been able to pick up their items.
According to Business Insider, customers have been told that there is little that can be done until the stores reopen.
A representative for Kay, Zales, and Jared, said: "We're working tirelessly to safely reunite our customers with their jewelry".
