While addressing a poll rally in Madhya Pradesh, former chief minister and BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan took a dig at Congress president Rahul Gandhi calling him a ‘stubborn child’. “Don't know what happened to Rahul Baba, if a stubborn child makes mistake his mother beats him. Then the child says he would not make mistake but he again does the same,” he added.
