Urdu literary festival concludes

Four-day Urdu literary festival held by Anjuman Taraqqi Urdu (Hind) in association with Ghalib Institute came to a close on March 18.

In the festival, a galaxy of international as well as Indian scholars presented incisive papers in the seminar on two centuries of Urdu writing on history, nation and culture from 1800-2017

This was followed by several sessions of cultural programmes on ghazals, play, mushaira, dastangoi and quawwali.
