AAP MLA Alka Lamba expressed her condolences over the death of former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit. The Congress stalwart, 81, who was hospitalised at Fortis Escorts heart institute in a critical state, has died on Saturday. According to reports, the three-time Delhi chief minister from Congress was suffering from cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) and was put on a ventilator in a critical condition.
