While speaking to News Nation, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad took a dig at Opposition leaders over EVM row saying they are losers. “They are losers and frustrated people. When Congress won in Chhattisgarh, MP and Rajasthan, EVMs were working fine. When BJP wins, EVMs have issues. They were silent but after the 5th and 6th round of voting, they started raising question over EVMs,” he added.
