Shikhar Aggarwal, who is a BJP leader and one of the main accused in Bulandshahr violence case, has blamed the murdered cop Subodh Kumar Singh, alleging that the policeman threatened to shoot him. The BJP leader further accused that the cop wanted to cover-up the cow slaughter.
