Lav Agarwal, Joint Secretary, Health Ministry today said India is doing better in comparison to several other nations and the growth factor of Coronavirus cases has declined 40 per cent in India.The ministry also said that the doubling rate of cases in the country has increased from 3 days in March to 6.1 days now.
