This method makes three personal thin crust pizzas and can be done using only one bowl and one pan, if you time everything right!
Ingredients:
310 g flour (almost 2.5 cups)
210 g water (.9 cups)
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 can whole tomatoes
~1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Recommended toppings: basil leaves, mozzarella chese
Bake 14-15 mins @ 470 F!
