Former vice-president Joe Biden scored a widely expected win in the Wisconsin Democratic presidential primary as Democrat Judge Jill Karofsky upset incumbent conservative Judge Daniel Kelly for a state supreme court seat. The Wisconsin elections went ahead despite Democrat calls for it to be postponed, or held by postal voting, due to the potential threat of community spread coronavirus. Both Biden and Karofsky blasted Republicans in victory statements.
