He has announced to extend the lockdown that ends today till May 3. Before this, many states have already increased their lockdown till April 30. In such a situation, the question arises in the minds of the people why the Prime Minister has extended the lockdown till May 3 instead of April 30.

पूरी दुनिया की तरह भारत भी इस वक्त कोरोना वायरस (कोविड-19) का सामना कर रहा है। इस संकट को देखते हुए मंगलवार को तीसरी बार प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देश को संबोधित किया है। उन्होंने आज खत्म होने जा रहे लॉकडाउन को 3 मई तक बढ़ाने का ऐलान किया है। इससे पहले कई राज्य भी 30 अप्रैल तक अपने यहां पहले ही लॉकडाउन बढ़ा चुके हैं। ऐसे में लोगों के जहन में ये सवाल उठना लाजमी है कि प्रधानमंत्री ने 30 अप्रैल की बजाय लॉकडाउन को 3 मई तक क्यों बढ़ाया है।
