The coronavirus crisis is constantly increasing in the country. Meanwhile, the lockdown period of 21 days is also over. Many state governments have appealed to extend this period, on which the Center has to take a decision. But Odisha has decided to increase the lockdown. The state will now have this lockdown till April 30. The Odisha government has decided to close all educational institutions in the state till June 17. Schools, colleges and universities will remain closed during this period.

देश में कोरोना वायरस का संकट लगातार बढ़ता ही जा रहा है. इस बीच 21 दिनों के लॉकडाउन की अवधि भी खत्म होने को है. कई राज्य सरकारों की ओर से इस अवधि को बढ़ाने की अपील की गई है, जिसपर केंद्र को फैसला लेना है. लेकिन ओडिशा ने लॉकडाउन बढ़ाने का फैसला ले लिया है. राज्य में अब ये लॉकडाउन 30 अप्रैल तक रहेगा. ओडिशा सरकार ने राज्य के सभी शिक्षण संस्थानों को 17 जून तक के लिए बंद करने का फैसला किया है. इस दौरान स्कूल, कॉलेज और यूनिवर्सिटीज बंद रहेंगी.
