Inclement weather, eight-foot-deep snow and low visibility could not deter a five-member Army squad from countering a group of five infiltrated terrorists in the higher reaches of north Kashmir and killing all of them, before sacrificing their lives.

बि‍ल्‍कुल चूहे-बिल्‍ली की खेल की तरह आतंकी लगातार जवानों को चकमा दे रहे थे। इसी बीच सेना ने ड्रोन का प्रयोग करके घुसपैठियों की लोकेशन का पता लगाया। पांच अप्रैल को तड़के स्‍पेशल फोर्सेज के जवानों को एयरड्रॉप किया गया और छिपे हुए आतंकियों को ढेर करने के लिए ऑपरेशन लॉन्‍च हुआ।
