Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has launched 5-T action plan to deal with the rapidly spreading novel coronavirus(Covid-19). Explaining the 5-T plan, Arvind Kejriwal said, the first T is testing. If you do not test, you woould not be able to find out which houses have been affected. The virus will go on spreading.
