Fareed Zakaria, leading foreign affairs expert in the United States, told India Today TV in an exclusive interview on Sunday said that China handled Covid-29 pandemic "better than one could have imagined" as the country has a centralised system, its government has total control and there are no concerns about privacy and individual in the country.
