Morning lows are similar to slightly higher than yesterday, Chuncheon is freezing this morning. Central western regions could see high levels of fine dust in the morning.
Afternoon highs will be similar to slightly higher than yesterday, getting up to the upper teens.
Saturday is Cheongmyeong, the 5th spring term out of 6...meaning clear bright skies and we'll have sunny skies this weekend but do expect a bright spring chill on Sunday morning, which is Arbor Day.
