Wasim Jaffer said his fellow Mumbaikar Shreyas Iyer to be a part of India’s Test team sooner than later. Jaffer has further stated that the definition of opening has changed with the attacking batsmen dominating the scene.

वसीम जाफर ने स्पोर्ट्सकैफे से बात करते हुए कहा है कि मुंबई के बल्लेबाज श्रेयस अय्यर को भी भारत की टेस्ट टीम में जगह मिलनी चाहिए। जितनी जल्दी हो सके चयनकर्ताओं को श्रेयस अय्यर को टेस्ट क्रिकेट खेलने के लिए बोलना चाहिए। जाफर ने आगे ये भी कहा है कि मौजूदा समय में टेस्ट क्रिकेट में एक अटैकिंग बैट्समैन ओपनर के तौर पर होना चाहिए।
