The ICMR has taken a major decision in view of the ever increasing cases of corona virus in the country. 35 private laboratories have been approved by the government to investigate corona virus infection in people. This will help in the identification of corona virus infectors at an early and large scale. Currently 118 government labs in the country are testing the corona virus under ICMR.

देश में लगातार बढ़ रहे कोरोना वायरस के मामलों को देखते हुए आईसीएमआर ने एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है। सरकार की ओर से लोगों में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण की जांच के लिए 35 निजी प्रयोगशालाओं को जांच की मंजूरी दे दी गई है। इससे जल्‍द और बड़े स्‍तर पर कोरोना वायरस संक्रमितों की पहचान में मदद मिलेगी। फिलहाल देश में 118 सरकारी लैब्स आईसीएमआर के तहत कोरोना वायरस की टेस्टिंग कर रही हैं।
