Disturbing reports have emerged of doctors, nurses, airline staff being harassed and bullied in their neighbourhoods for being bearers of the COVID-19. That is far from the truth. The essential service providers are at the frontline of the fight against COVID-19 and deserve our applause not misinformed vigilantism.
