Instant Pot Mushroom Spaghetti Vegan Recipe is given below:Ingredients:8 oz. uncooked spaghetti2 cups tomato sauce1/2 cup tomato cubes4-5 Medium sized mushrooms 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 1/2 cup water1 tablespoon dried Italian spices1 tablespoon dried parsley1 teaspoon garlic powder1 1/2 tablespoon Olive oilCrushed black pepper (optional)Salt to taste (if needed)Directions:1. Turn Saute’ on of Instant Pot. Heat olive oil. Add minced garlic & stir-fry.2. Add dried basil, Deseeded Roma tomato cubes & stir-fry. 3. Add chopped mushrooms, garlic powder & stir-fry. 4. Add Uncooked spaghetti in crisscross pattern & form a layer.5. Cover spaghetti with spaghetti sauce & pour water around spaghetti. Add 1/2 parsley. Turn saute’ off.6. Close the lid & turn either steam or Pressure cook mode on for 10 minutes.7. Once done stir, (check & add salt if needed), plate it, garnish with parsley & enjoy!
