भारत सरकार ने देश के पूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई को राज्यसभा भेजने का फैसला लिया है। जस्टिस गोगोई ने राम मंदिर समेत कई अहम मामलों में ऐतिहासिक फैसला दिया था....सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इतिहास में पहली बार 12 जनवरी 2018 को रंजन गोगोई सहित सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के चार जजों ने संयुक्त रूप से एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर तत्कालीन मुख्य न्यायाधीश दीपक मिश्रा के तौर-तरीकों को लेकर सार्वजनिक तौर पर सवाल खड़े किए थे. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश रहते हुए राम मंदिर से लेकर आरटीआई सहित तमाम मामलों में ऐतिहासिक फैसले दिए.
