Border Roads Organisation (BRO) carried out snow clearing operation on National Highway 3 (Koksar to Rohtang Pass) in Lahaul and Spiti district, on March 10. The region has received fresh snowfall last week. The temperature went down by several notches in different districts of Himachal Pradesh. The minimum temperature was recorded at -7°C.
