The 15-month-old Kamal Nath government in Madhya Pradesh was pushed to the brink on Tuesday with 22 MLAs loyal to Jyotiraditya Scindia tendering their resignations to Raj Bhavan, sources said. Of those who resigned, six were ministers in the state cabinet. Kamal Nath has written to the Governor, recommending their immediate removal.
