निर्भया के दोषियों को 20 मार्च को फांसी के फंदे पर लटकाने के आदेश दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने दिए.. अब फांसी के फंदे का फासला कब होता जा रहा है.. लेकिन दोषी एक बार फिर फांसी के फंदे से बचने का प्रयास किया है. चार दोषियों में एक विनय शर्मा ने फांसी से पहले एक बार फिर कानून का सहारा लेकर फांसी के फंदे से बचने की कोशिश करने की है। इस बार विनय शर्मा ने अपने वकील एपी सिंह से दिल्‍ली के उपराज्‍यपाल के पास आवेदन दिया है।
