After the discussion of getting a gold mine in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh, now Jamshedpur district of Jharkhand has also come into the discussion about getting a gold mine. Bhittardadi village of Keruvadungri Panchayat, 20 km from the district headquarters, remains a topic of discussion among the people. The Geological Survey of India report estimated reserves of three and a half million tonnes of gold.

उत्तर प्रदेश के सोनभद्र में सोने की खान मिलने की चर्चा के बाद अब झारखंड का जमशेदपुर जिला भी सोने की खान मिलने को लेकर चर्चा में आ गया है. जिला मुख्यालय से 20 किलोमीटर दूर केरूवाडुंगरी पंचायत का भितरदाड़ी गांव लोगों के बीच चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है। जियोलॉजिकल सर्वे ऑफ इंडिया की रिपोर्ट में साढ़े तीन लाख टन सोने के भंडार का अनुमान है।
