The death sentence for Nirbhaya gangrape convicts is coming to a close once again. But before hanging, Akshay has run a new maneuver to avoid the hanging on March 3. After exhausting all legal options, Akshay Thakur, a criminal from Nirbhaya, has again filed a mercy petition. In this petition, he has said that his wife and child will face social problems due to the death penalty. While he has not committed any crime.
