A law student who accused former Union Minister of State for Home Chinmayananda of rape, has filed an application in the Supreme Court and appealed to transfer the case from Lucknow. Also, the victim has also threatened her life. The Supreme Court will now hear the case on Monday 2 March.

पूर्व केंद्रीय गृह राज्यमंत्री चिन्मयानंद पर रेप का आरोप लगाने वाली लॉ स्टूडेंट ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी दाखिल कर केस को लखनऊ से ट्रांसफर करने की अपील की है. साथ ही पीड़िता ने अपनी जान को भी खतरा बताया है. मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट अब सोमवार दो मार्च को सुनवाई करेगा.
