Before the election, former President of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union and CPI leader Kanhaiya Kumar is addressing public meetings in Bihar continuously. During this, Kanhaiya Kumar addressed the 'Save Constitution, Save Citizen' meeting during Jan-Gana-Mana Yatra in Samastipur. During this, he targeted MP from Begusarai and Union Minister Giriraj Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah without taking names.

बिहार में इस साल विधानसभा के चुनाव होने हैं. चुनाव से पहले जवाहरलाल नेहरू यूनिवर्सिटी छात्र संघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष और सीपीआई नेता कन्हैया कुमार बिहार में लगातार जनसभाओं को संबोधित कर रहे हैं. इस दौरान समस्तीपुर में कन्हैया कुमार ने जन-गण-मन यात्रा के दौरान 'संविधान बचाओ नागरिक बचाओ' सभा को संबोधित किया. इस दौरान उन्होंने बेगूसराय से सांसद और केंद्रीय मंत्री गिरिराज सिंह और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह पर नाम लिए बिना निशाना साधा.
