A Russian court on February 17, 2020, ordered a 32-year-old woman to return to a hospital in St Petersburg after she escaped from a coronavirus quarantine at the facility. Alla Ilyina said she was upset with arrangements and conditions in the isolation room, before she short-circuited an electronic lock and fled on February 7.
