A witness says Datuk Seri Najib Razak ordered MoE to award the solar hybrid power project to Jepak Holdings even though the ministry had no funds to implement it. Meanwhile, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng says Malaysia will be one of the first countries in the region to introduce an economic stimulus package to mitigate the effects of the Covid-19 outbreak.
