This healthy recipe of Plums chutney or aloo bukhara chutney is made from fresh plums. It is sweet, spicy, tangy and bursting with flavours.
INGREDIENTS:
Plums - 500g
Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 tsp
Chili powder or paprika 1 Tsp
Sesame seeds 2 Tbsp
Blanched almonds for garnishing
