This is the moment a three-storey building in Jakarta collapsed just seconds after workers escaped the construction site on February 11.

The terrifying footage shows two men stroll out of an unstable looking building before the structure comes crashing down sending a cloud of dust across the road.

According to the filmer, Delila Sopia, the building was intended to be a three-storey shophouse but workers ceased their construction due to fears it would collapse after hearing a crack.
