Celebrity chef Eyal Shani founded Miznon in Tel Aviv in 2011. The restaurant specializes in pita and changes the menu seasonally, but the lines that form outside are for one thing: the dramatic whole roasted cauliflower, which some say has a similar feel to digging into a steak.
