Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the General Budget in the House on Saturday. Several schemes have been announced for farmers in the general budget. The new Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have been given special attention in the General Budget. This was seen at the beginning of the budget speech.

केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने शनिवार को सदन में आम बजट पेश कर दिया। आम बजट में किसानों के लिए कई योजनाओं का ऐलान किया गया है। दूसरी तरफ शिक्षा, बेरोजगार समेत इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर खास पहल की गई है। आम बजट में नए केंद्रशासित प्रदेश जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्धाख का विशेष ध्यान रखा गया है। इसकी झलक बजट भाषण के शुरुआत में देखने को मिल गई।
